Teleport Between Circles
3rd-level conjuration (ritual)
Casting Time: 1 hour
Range: Touch
Components: V, S, M (two teleport circles, a ring worn on the caster's hand)
Duration: Instantaneous
At the end of the ritual, the caster reaches down and touches a permanent teleport circle, causing all creatures within the source permanent teleport circle to be instantly transported to another destination permanent teleport circle. The caster must have full knowledge of the destination circle, where “full knowledge” means that the caster has seen and studied the destination circle to the point of being able to reproduce the 30+ arcane symbols used around the circle, or has a complete diagram of the arcane symbols of the destination circle. This spell does not work between planes.
This spell may also be used on a temporary circle created by the spell "Teleportation Circle" to teleport to a destination permanent circle. Note the temporary circle must be the source circle, never a destination circle. Using the temporary source circle is not without risk, use the table below but subtract 20 from the roll, values of zero or less are always “Mishap”.
Push your luck: You can reduce the ritual casting time but this will cause great risk to those being teleported. If the caster chooses to consume a spell slot on top of the ritual, add +10 to the roll for each level above second.
Casting time | Mishap | Similar Area | Off Target | On Target |
60 min | - | - | - | 01-100 |

See the spell “Teleport” for the above outcome definitions.
