Why Didn’t Mueller Investigate Seth Rich?

Minor review: I have seen the Seth Rich denials, and they appear reasonably strongly put, but light on evidence, generally devolving to evidence that Russia was the source, of which we are not allowed to review the evidence, just that: “sources are convinced”, therefore Seth Rich cannot be the source and anyone who says so is a nutter. Unconvincing. Seth Rich remains an undiscounted source of the DNC leaks emails showing DNC corruption.
