This trick is not likely to work for every site that blocks non-US viewers, but appears to satisfy most. You will first require the add-ons for Chrome (ModHeader) or Firefox (Modify Headers), of course you will need to have one of those browsers installed first.

Header Name: X-Forwarded-For
Header Value: 12.13.14.15
Comment: US IP
