And they have claimed to base their decision on “studies”, and repeatedly claim “there is no evidence to support … [thing they don’t want to do]”. But they refuse to release the studies. And their claims to “no evidence” are constantly refined as no evidence from the current outbreak (evidence from prior outbreak can be ignored because xyz). Consider that it can take months or years to publish evidence, so claiming no evidence means NOTHING, and dismissing evidence from past outbreaks is science denial.

There is no evidence that the Australian government is making decisions based on evidence.
